- When I began this blog, I was almost 50 and embarking on what I called "my grownup gap year." I had lived in the same city for almost 25 years and was thinking that might be enough. So, I quit my job and started exploring options. Fast forward...I am now a student at the Clinton School of Public Service and will graduate in one year with a Master of Public Service degree. Summer 2012, where my blog picks up, is an adventure in Italy. Come along....
